Hi everybody,
Can anyone tell me about:
Metal (Excluding Iron and Steel) and Paper Unprotected Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Scheme 1973 and Maharashtra Mathadi Hamal and Other Manual workers (Regulation of employment and welfare) Act, 1969.
What is this Scheme and Act, and who all comes under these?
Under Scheme 1973 - what is clause 14 and clause31(1) and clause 44 of Metal Scheme?
plz, I am desparately looking for this information..

Which are the industries covered under The Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969. Can any one help in this regards. It is very urgent!!!!!!!!!!
