Is there any amendment with reference to adoption leave in the Maternity Benfits Act ? . Central Govr employees are allowed adoption leave but private sector employess are not allowed? Any body can guide on this issue?

Is there any provision for maharashtra state government employees for getting maternity leave for post adoption for second time. I already have adopted first girl child and availed the maternity leave post adoption for three months. is there any provision for leave under maharashtra government for adopting second time?
