Employee Engagement Activities For August 15th??

Hi friends in Cite HR,
I would like to have your ideas on Employee Engagement Activities on 15th August. It may be a game,fun activity, or anything which would create a good atmosphere at work??

Hi Priyanka:
To Start with you could have a theme dressing on that day (Colors of National Flag) and keep a best dressed male & female award, you could also have some competitions like, cubicle decoration, collage making, painting competition, have somebody from your organization play music relating to ID theme or could simply do a movie screening on a projector @ your cafeteria with good snacks.
Also it would be a nice idea if you could arrange for small flags at everybody's desk before they come to office in the morning. :)
