Provident Fund Dilemma: How to Check Your Balance and Withdraw After Changing Jobs?

Can I know my Provident Fund A/C balance online? I have now shifted to another organization. How can I withdraw the amount?

Hi Ganesh,

Yes, there is an option on the PF website, but I doubt that it is fully functioning. It is under construction, so it might not reflect the correct exact amount. In this case, you can check with your last employer. For withdrawal, you have to submit Form No. 10C and 19 to your previous employer, and they will process it further. It takes 45 days for settlement (from the date of submission to RPFC).
