Dear Members,

Season's Greetings.

I have been posting a few EBooks with copyright and have been informed by the Moderator of this website regarding the issues revolving around posting copyrighted data.

I would like to extend my sincere apology for posting such copyrighted documents.

I assure you that I will take utmost care before posting such documents.

Hi Simmy,

We all saw the comments from a couple of guys in Australia and other countries. Actually, you are not the only one; a few of the other guys are doing the same, which might put you and even this site under notice. We all know that guys like you who post these outstanding books are doing it out of goodwill and want to share them with others.

Not just that, quite a number of articles have been posted from Shiv Khera's, Napoleon Hill's, Robin Sharma's, Tony Robbins' - which may put us under the scanner. We need to be just a little careful. Maybe giving links to where these books can be downloaded or browsed will save us from copyright infringement.

Thanks for your efforts anyway.

Ramesh

Thanks, Simmy, for the note. I know that a lot of people are making this mistake either out of ignorance or with the idea of helping others. However, as Ramesh has rightly pointed out, we need to be a bit careful to ensure that we do conform to copyright laws.

Have a nice day,

Very gracious of you to extend an apology. It would be best if you find out where the author has uploaded the book (probably his own site - a quick Google search can reveal that) and post a link to that. You can even extract one paragraph from the book and post it along with the link - this is called "Fair Use".
