I work in a manufacturing unit as HR. I would like to know if the payment of a bonus is compulsory. If yes, what are the qualifications required?

Please provide me with your valuable advice.

Dear Friend,

Payment of a bonus is compulsory.

Required Qualifications:
- For the employer: after 5 years
- For the employee: after 30 days
