How Do I Define Roles, Responsibilities, and Competencies in a Software Industry Structure?

Can anybody help me in defining organization structure with roles and responsibilities and required competencies for each level? I am looking to define the grading or banding system with designations as per the industry standards generally followed in the software industry.

Organization structure is essentially designed to suit the company and also instill a sense of responsibility in employees, boosting morale especially for those who do not perform well. It varies across organizations, whether they are in the IT or non-IT sector. It demonstrates the company's level internally and also in the global market.

I am looking in the Organization structure management levels, Job structure—- job design, job analysis, job description, job specification etc. and also the grading or the banding system in which the employee is positioned meeting the competencies.
