Thank you for the post and links. Francisca's PDF is the crux of TNA and useful for quickly understanding it. I am presently going through the book "Training in Organizations" 4th edition (Authors: Irwin L. Goldstein and J. Kevin Ford). It covers Training Need Assessment, TNA phases, development, evaluation, training delivery, and many other topics. I am finding this book very helpful in gaining an in-depth understanding.

Hi, I've just changed careers and started in training after being in finance for many years. Although I have delivered training, my new company wants me to do the research to identify the training and put together training packages. It is a brand new company and will be sales-based, both face-to-face and over the phone.

If anyone has any hints, tips, or any sales or personality packages to help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks, all! x
