How Do You Manage Attendance for 100+ Call Centre Executives Across Shifts?

Hi,

I need a format for the attendance of the Call Centre Executives. We have around 100 executives right now in different processes and shift timings. We are planning to hire more than 500 executives in the coming months for new processes with different shift timings. I need a format in which I can prepare the attendance process-wise. If you have any other format in mind, please let me know.
