Can I have PPT on etiquette for the use of Hotel Management students and staff, preferably with appropriate expressions (short sentences) ?
May be you could suggest some links ?
Most of my students & staff are from the Hindi speaking areas or/& other languages and dialects speaking. As such intonation as well as grammar part is not good, for this we are taking recourse to other remedial steps. As far as Etiquette & Manners are concerned I am lloking for material/PPT with short spoken sentences. We are also working on the Body Behaviour/Language. In fact I desire to integrate all these and end up with Grooming (dress etc).
