Business Simulation Game - Know Your Employees Potential

Dear Colleagues and Seniors,

I was once searching for a business game on this site but could not find one, so I made a Business Simulation Game on my own for our employees. We have team games fortnightly, and this was something I made for that event. It's like the AIMA business game but much simpler. It can involve technicians and middle managers to understand their management potential.

Hi Sanjay,

From this game, you will be able to assess the business acumen of your employees. The winners are declared based on the profits they make and the market share of their team. In the first quarter, there is a lot of confusion, but once the 2nd round starts, it creates a lot of excitement. You can try it.
