I am looking for information regarding the procedure to be followed to get an international recruitment license. If any one of you is aware of the procedure, kindly revert back to me.

You had not mentioned whether you will be handling internal or overseas recruitment. If overseas recruitment, then yes, you definitely need a license from the Indian Government. All overseas recruitment firms need to obtain permission from the Central Government. If internal recruitment is what you are referring to, you can simply register your company. It would be advisable to contact a Chartered Accountant (CA) as they will be fully aware of these procedures.

I went through the link you have posted in your reply. I could not find any information in connection with the procedures for getting a license for overseas recruitment. Do you actually know any site address where we can get information regarding the same in detail.

I went through your website as well. Looks like we both are in the same business. We are only into overseas recruitment. Predominantly, our clients are from Gulf Countries. Does Greenhouse recruit for the local market or even overseas?
