Dear Vicki,

I was looking for business games to be incorporated into a 2-day ADC. Would you be able to suggest some games for the audience, which consists of middle to senior management? The purpose of the games is promotions.

The key competencies we are looking at include initiative and drive, customer focus, tolerance to ambiguity, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Please guide if possible.
