Dear All,
I am working with IT company which is providing IT managed services. Its a company of 25 employees. I have prepared KRA's for AM level. Role of AM here is also to resolve customer issues of higher level (L3) and project implementation.
I have been able to prepare this by taking help of Senior people in Cite HR. I am really thankful to them for all the help extended.
Would like share this with you in order to get more input for improving the same.

I am waiting for your inputs regarding KRA's that i have prepared. Pls let me know if i am wrong anywhere or has not been able to use the concept of KRA properly.

It was nice. It will help me out for my work.
I am also working as HR manager and we are 20 people team here.
As its a year old post. I guess now your company must have grown. I would surely appreciate if you can share your views, tips on Setting up HR process/Department
We are planning to get total of 50-60 people by mid next year. any help will be highly appreciated.
