Seeking Feedback on KRAs for Account Managers in IT Managed Services – How Can We Improve?

Dear All,

I am working with an IT company that provides IT managed services. It's a company with 25 employees. I have prepared KRAs for the AM level. The role of an AM here also involves resolving customer issues of a higher level (L3) and project implementation. I was able to prepare this with the help of senior people in Cite HR, and I am truly thankful to them for all the assistance provided. I would like to share this with you to receive more input for its improvement.

Hi Prachi,

It was nice. It will help me out for my work. I am also working as an HR manager, and we are a team of 20 people here. As it's a year-old post, I guess your company must have grown by now. I would appreciate it if you could share your views and tips on setting up HR processes/departments.

We are planning to have a total of 50-60 people by mid-next year. Any help will be highly appreciated.
