Seeking Examples and Insights for Creating an Effective Manager 101 Training Program

I am working on a very generic Manager 101 training and would love to see examples that any of you have of a presentation that you've used for this subject.

I am pulling information from many sources and would love some other people's insights since I am very new at developing this type of program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
