Simhan, I am an MBA student currently undergoing an internship. My manager wants me to find a solution on ROI for training. I have gone through material on the internet and in books. I have compiled the material, but it is quite a task for me to design a calculator for behavioral trainings. I would appreciate it if you could give me some insights.
