HR Professionals: What Short-Term Courses Boost Your Career During a Sabbatical?

Hello friends,

Can anyone suggest some useful short-term courses that will help me add value to my 4 years of HR experience? Currently, I am on a sabbatical but plan to get back on track within a year. I have searched all the sites in vain for some information.

Hi, I am still studying and doing an MBA in HR. You can try a graphology course which consists of 4 levels. Alternatively, you can acquire a certificate in OB and industrial psychology. Look it up online; you will find many distance learning courses available. There are also courses specifically for T&D. Look them up online; you should be able to find them easily.

There are lots of short-term courses available:

- PG in Labour Law and Administration
- PG in Public Administration
- PG in HR Specialties
