Hi All,
I need to draft an Employment Bond for one of our employee. She is a Graphic Designer and the organization is spending Rs. 50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousand) on her training. We want that she should sign atleast one year of employment bond with us.
Can anyone please share a sample bond with me? It's urgent.
Thanks in advance.

In case of such employment bonds, what is the liability of the employer? That is, if the employer wants to terminate the employee, is there some liability? Or is some notice period given, like we say, three months' notice or three months' pay in lieu of the notice period. I'm confused.

Hi Divya,

Could anybody help me? My company wishes to train some people and then appoint them here. So, for certainty, we need bonds from them. Could you please send me a format of the bond?

Thank you.

Hi,

Where should it be printed? On the letterhead or on a stamp paper? Can anyone please reply?

Hi Paulraj,

I am new to this forum, and while browsing through, I chanced to see the agreement form you had attached. It was worthwhile.

You see, I have a different problem. If you can suggest something, my company is small and cannot ensure training and development, though we try our level best. Can we still go in for an employee bond? If so, what would be the nature of the bond?

Looking for an answer in earnest.

Hello Friends,

I am looking forward to documenting and formulating an Employment Bond for our employees on whom we incur consistent costs on training and development. I would sincerely appreciate it if any of you could share the specifications of the sample format of such employment bonds with me. You can email me at rohinidatcsi@gmail.com.

Looking forward to an earnest response.

Hi all,

I am Pradeep. I am working as an employee in a software company. Then our superior told us to prepare a bond for new employees. However, I am a fresher and I don't have any idea about it. How do I prepare this? What type of clauses should be included? What is the procedure in case of a breach?

Thank you.

I have to join an IT company as a programmer through a consultant. However, the consultant requires my tenth Marksheet for the agreement period of one year. The consultant is willing to provide an acknowledgment that they are holding the Marksheet for one year. Is it advisable to hand over the Marksheet? Is it legal for a consultant to demand the Marksheet to be held by them for one year?

Can anybody provide me tips to avoid and reply to the labor authority (if there is an inspection) for breach of rules under the Inter-State Migrant Workers Act of 1979 when we are engaging contract labor from outside the home state.

Thanks,
Tapan

Hi,

You can sign a bond with an employee, but it is not an ultimate solution to avoid such separation as this kind of bond is questionable under the eye of the law. You can find an article on citehr.com.

You can keep one employee under pressure of a bond, but somebody knowing this may leave your organization. So, what I suggest is to put a clause under this agreement for reimbursement of the cost incurred after training for that particular employee. The person may leave the organization by paying the cost of training. It is the basic right given to every Indian in the constitution to have a suitable job or employment.

Dear Paluraj,

The bond provided by you is very useful. I was also searching for the same type of bond for my company.

Jaya,

Please find the document attached. It should be done on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100/-
