A recent study says that only 10 percent of our graduates are employable. What's missing is the 'Finishing Touch'
Niratanka Vision is to make all graduates become employable.
Any graduate can become employable by learning skill sets required for the job.
While schools/colleges teach you much, there is still more to learn. Niratanka plug this gap and make people sharpen their skills.
The widely respected business guru Chris Argyris points out that even the most intelligent individuals can become ineffective in organizations.why??Because we are so busy working that we fail to learn about ourselves. We stop reflecting on the chances around us. We get sucked into the patterns of behavior that have produced success for us in the past, not realizing that it may no longer be appropriate for us in the fast-approaching future.
NIRATANKA MEMBERSHIP:
Any BSW, MSW and HR Students/ professionals can become a member of Niratanka .
Membership Fee: Rs 1000 annually
Strategy behind Niratanka membership:
We collect 1000 from each member and we utilize the same amount for training.
Example we already have 135 Members = Rs 135000/-
We utilize the same amount for members training.
If the membership increases the budget for the training programme will be increased and members can be benefited.
Training programmes will be designed based on the majority members requirement.
Benefits for Nirataka members:
Once becoming a member of Niratanka,we will assess them by SWOT analysis and based on their requirement Niratanka will try to develop member skill sets by providing relevant trainings.
To upgrade professional skills we invite experienced HR, IR, labour law professionals.
Niratanka will provide members a best platform to give a presentation and to participate in group discussions so that members can make remarkable changes in their profession.
