I would like to know how points or posting is required to become Citehr Member from a Citehr New Member.

The points are given to all the replies and also to any postings you place in cite HR..When you reach to 50 (post) you will be a citehr member. .. so keep posting.. :D

So you are a member now.
Once you post 200 mails you will become senior member.
On completion of 500 posts you become super senior member.
