Attaching DISC Profile - Quesionnair + Key.
Some questions for you.
1. Kindly let me know whether is it correct or not ?
2. What are the step by step process - how to calculate the DISC score and put it in graph.
3. Sombone knows how to read the graph then please let me know.
(Signs are used with wingding and wingding 3 font, the same is inserted as coments at bottom, if not supported please change the font accordingly.)

To be able to interpret the DISC Score, you need to be trained and DISC Certified, without which the interpretations will have little value.
