Motivational Training Topics

Hi,
I m in a company which deals with electrical assistance to MNCs -
Could anyone help me with ideas on motivating employees who are working on sites in MNCs,during these times especially when the general morale of most is at an all time low.
The designations are :- Electrician, Site supervisor, AC technician etc.

Dear Ashok,
You wanted to elevate motivation level of certain section of employees. But then why their motivation level is low? This you have not written.
Managers play vital role in maintaining motivation level of subordinates. Manager should be a role model. His/her behaviour counts lot.
