I am working with a product company. We don't have any structured PMS. It is a small company, so mostly performance is judged on individual performance and project deliverables during the year. Now management expects me to implement PMS in the company. So, I am looking for some support from you experienced folks in this area. Kindly send me a format and help me with the kind of questions you can frame to check one's stability in the company. At the same time, as an employer, how do you determine where an employee needs improvement? What sort of questions do you ask to assess and enhance the work environment? Your kind help would surely assist me in implementing PMS in the organization.
