Help Needed - Ppt Download

Dear All

I am a 1st yr MBA student..i am doing my project in change management..i am doing it in an IT company which sells ERP. I am going to find out the change management practices used by one of its client company

My project title is

‘A Study on the Change Management of an organization, implementing an ERP’

And my objectives are:

1. To study various implementation methods of erp and its impact on the organization.
2. To identify various factors that result in employee resistance to ERP with in that organization.
3. To study the change management practice of the organization.
4. To identify the gaps in change management of the organization and to suggest alternatives.

I will be really glad if someone can advise me on my topic and its objectives ?are they ok??any types of suggestions are most welcome
Moreover how can I make my study useful to my company which is the erp vendor company.
Please suggest and help me out

i want to find the major reason for the employee resistance in that organization for which i hav developed a questionnaire containing various variables. plus i want to study the change management strategies they r gonna adopt.

I got u. I suggest you following objectives.
1. To understand the strategies adopted towards Change Management.
2. To understand the factors that make employees to resist change.
3. To analyze the reasond to resist and to assess the factors.
4. To suggest based on the analysis.
You Ideal Topic wud be,
AN ANALYSIS ON FACTORS INFUENCING TO RESIST CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

If you search CiteHr and or the web, you will get more than adequate information.
But beware of designing a questionnaire and then asking people to tell you how to analyse, etc. Please do not put the "cart before the horse"as the saying goes.
