What's the project for? Have you done any literature survey and decided on the aim and objectives, hypotheses, of the study, etc?

i just want to compare to companies in term of there training program effectiveness and organisation culture, and the hypothesis is not decided

I am an Asst. Professor, working in a Management Institute.
Presently i am pursuing my Ph.D from Bangalore University on the topic "Leadership Styles and Its Impact on Organization Culture and Organization Performance." Looking out for valuable input on developing a questionnaire for this topic, to understand the leadership style, organization culture and performance.
