I am working on this project as an MBA summer trainee. I want to compare two companies in terms of their training program effectiveness and organizational culture. The hypothesis has not been decided yet.

Presently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from Bangalore University on the topic "Leadership Styles and Its Impact on Organizational Culture and Organizational Performance."
