I agree with Mr. Kishore. Though you can not avoid this kind of people, you can start ignoring them. You should not get disturbed by their presence.
You have to know the difference between-
Circle of control - Things that are under your control - you can change.
Circle of concern- You can only feel for that- but cannot control.
If the above problem falls into first one - you can take some risk in solving it.
If it is second one, then you can only feel for it. dont get disturbed -but carry on with your duty.
This is my way of looking at things- i donnot whether this inspires you!
