I have completed my MBA in HR and have 2 years of work experience in Corporate HR. Unfortunately, I lost my job due to the recession and have been struggling to find a good one since then.

I am interested in specializing in Compensation & Benefits and am looking to undergo specific training related to this field. Could you please suggest any programs or diploma courses in compensation & benefits that would be beneficial?

After going through the attached file, it seems to be "CERTIFIED COMPETENCY MAPPING MANAGER" rather than Compensation & Benefits Manager. This role focuses on competency mapping rather than compensation.

Please suggest any courses related to Compensation & Benefits available in the market.
