Job Applications on CiteHR: Do You Ever Hear Back After Sending Your Resume?

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know about the job postings that people do on citeHR. I am curious to find out, "Once you send your resume to the concerned person, do you receive any response from them?" Is it through email, or do you get a call from them? I am genuinely interested in hearing about your experiences because I have sent my profile many times but have never received any response. Please share your experiences. :)

I have come to know that I am the only person who never gets a response from the job postings. You guys are really lucky that you are getting calls.
