I don't believe in this. I think this is a big hoax. If it was true, all banks would have communicated this to their customers. Did anyone get it? (I haven't). As Anjan pointed out, what if the reverse is same as the original? Let us not spread rumours.

This is a wrong information and no bank is implementing this. In all ATMs, banks are fixed Camera to avoid such incidents.
