Leave Record Maintenance

Hi
Can anyone suggest a method to have proper maintenance of leave record for around 300 employees

Hi Rekha,
Seems to be that your organization doesn't have access card system or any monitoring system.
If you don't have them, then based on your leave policy prepare a standard excel sheet template with formulas and keep update them on weekly or payroll date bases.
