Need Help Creating Salary Slips and Understanding PF Deductions – Any Advice?

I work in HR, and my boss has asked me to create salary slips. I haven't done this before, so if anyone has a salary slip format, please send it to me. Also, please guide me on how to create it. Our organization is planning to open a PF account. Can anyone advise me on how to deduct PF from the salary? :(

I am Udit, working with a Pharma company as an HR executive. I need to prepare a salary breakup for a Manager whose CTC is 3.75 lacs. The following components are:

- Basic salary
- HRA
- Conveyance Allowance
- Kid's Education Allowance
- Medical Reimbursement
- Metro City Allowance
- Leave Traveling Allowance
- PF

Please help me... It's URGENT.
