Many in this site were repeatedly seeking information on the Labour Welfare Fund. Here, I am attaching an Excel sheet with all the details of applicability in different states, including contribution, last date of submission, coverage of employees, and even the contact details of the Labour Welfare Fund Commissioners.

Please help me with the Labour Welfare Fund. For a Gross Salary below ₹3000, the Employee contribution is ₹6 and the Employer contribution is ₹18, totaling ₹24. For Gross Salary above ₹3000, the Employee contribution is ₹12 and the Employer contribution is ₹36, totaling ₹48.

Is this correct for Maharashtra? Please reply.

In the attached file, the following updates need to be made:

- Tamil Nadu: 7 & 14 (employee & employer) respectively
- Kerala: 20 & 20 (employee & employer) respectively

I would also like to request the LWF Act for Goa. Could someone please send me a copy of the act?

Dear all,

AP LWF has been revised from 2/- to 30/- (Employees' Contribution) and 5/- to 70/- (Employer Contribution).

Additionally, the New Telangana State contributions are 2/- (Employees' Contribution) and 5/- (Employer Contribution).

Is an educational institute applicable for Labour Welfare Fund deductions in Haryana?

As per the XLS sheet, the Goa Labour Welfare Fund Employee Contribution is Rs. 30, and the employer contribution is Rs. 90. However, this has changed with effect from August 1, 2015, as follows:

Employee contribution is now Rs. 60, and employer contribution is Rs. 180 per six months.

Please verify whether this information is correct or incorrect.
