Dear All,
An employee of our establishment is working for the past 5 Year's, He has been issued two Account numbers i.e for the first two years one PF account number and the rest Another PF account number. This was happened while taking him in Confirmed rolls.
Is there any way to have his account number and the amount can be clubbed to One Account (The recent one issued):-|

first of all please confirm the same by PF authorities regarding his PF no. at the time of annual returns of each year.
you have two option in this case.
1. employee can withdraw the previous PF.
2. send the transfer request letter to PF autorities regarding old PF add into the current PF no.

Sir,
If you advice the employee to withdraw one account and continue with the other, may be we would be committing a mistake of losing his seniority when it comes to pension. Hence a simple thing would be to write to the PF authorities concerned that by mistake the employee has been allotted two numbers and request for discontinuance of the latest number while clubbing/continuing with the old number.

Better to contact PF Department immediately and state the details. They will help.

I also agree with statement stated by Gkm. Please get in touch with your PF compliance officer. He/She will guide you further what papers and what content require to communicate further officially. Please have an appointment with your PF compliance officer.
