I am currently doing my summer internship in a company. My project is to design a retention framework for the company. Can anyone please give me some out-of-the-ordinary retention strategies that are used in your company or that you know of?
I have found a few gamified activities on this site that I found interesting for highlighting certain points within the organization (I'm not sure if you can call them part of retention strategies). However, I need more retention strategies that I can utilize. Can anyone please help me?
