Teacher's Salary -Pvt Unaided Inst

Hi Seniors,
We are restructuring the salaries of our teachers and would appreciate you inputs and examples for teachers of private unaided schools in Karnataka.
Any template to do sal calculation would be very helpful.
What DA % is used for teachers at primary,higher primary & high school?
Also, staff (Peon, Aaya, Clerk, Office assistant, accountants etc.,)
What are the benefits given to temporary & permanent employees.
What rules and laws(min wages, labour laws, new pay scales) should we consider while making decisions in this regard?
