Seeking Advice on Restructuring Teacher Salaries in Karnataka's Private Schools: What Should We Consider?

We are restructuring the salaries of our teachers and would appreciate your inputs and examples for teachers of private unaided schools in Karnataka. Any template to calculate salaries would be very helpful.

What DA percentage is used for teachers at primary, higher primary, and high school levels? Also, could you provide information on the benefits given to staff (Peon, Aaya, Clerk, Office assistant, accountants, etc.) whether they are temporary or permanent employees.

What rules and laws (such as minimum wages, labor laws, new pay scales) should we consider while making decisions in this regard?
