Interveiw Question

Dear Sir
I am fresher, I have faced many interveiw,but i can not give proper answer of this question "Tell me about yourself " Please send me answer with example.

be confident while attending the interview.if you doesnt know tell them direcly.dont be too please also.your answer should be such a way that the inetrview should think that your very confident.

The question on "Tell me about yourself" is both an open ended and a tricky question. Let me share what i would expect as an answer for this question. First thing as a fresher i would expect you to start with introduction of yourself, family (Not in detail), Where you persued your education, what you consider your strengths are in relation with the job profile, what you would consider that you would learn from the organisation (This is actually what is our weakness in a different form),conclusion.

Very rightly said Vidhya, from fresher we also expect them to tell about some project or incidence which candidate can relate to applied job. like candidate can give incidence of his school/ collage where he/she has shown leadership skills or team work, or if he/she has done some project(s).
