Is the IIM Lucknow Executive HR Program Worth It? Seeking Your Experiences and Advice

Dear Friends,

I am planning to pursue the "EXECUTIVE PROGRAM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IIM LUCKNOW)". This is a 4-month course, and IIM Lucknow will certify it. The classes will be held once a week in your city. (Eligibility is a minimum of 3 years of experience.) Can anybody please tell me whether it's worth doing it? Has someone heard of it or done it?

This kind of courses is like a carrot flute. Either it should sound like a flute or, if not, then eat it like a carrot. It depends on what these courses have delivered to the know-how of candidates. Mere certification has no worth in this world because professionals are paid for knowledge application.
