I work in the HR department where I need to create documentation for ISO certification for various departments including Finance, HR, Administration, Marketing, Vendors, and Computers. Could you please provide guidance on the types of questions I should include for each department?
Thanks for this posting :) I am looking for the same answers, but I am seeking general process documentation in terms of the processes to be followed and not ISO documentation. What I need is some kind of documentation format or a flow that works for all departments.

Hi, and also, please let me know the way the documentation should be done. For example:
- The font used
- The font size
- The header and footer
- The document flow and format
- And all the things that are needed for the documentation.
