In case the particular employee, finished his contract according to the HR Policies.Then v can pay his gratuity from his DOJ till his last working date,but xcluding his emergency & vaccation leave.

Point A ) not possible, unless the employee has completed 4 years and 240 days of continous service
unless , he mets with an accident and becomes permanently disable to work
employee expired
Contract not renewed (still point A to be satisfied)
