We are a Recruitment Consultancy based in Gujarat. We are looking for software (free or cheap) that can manage all our resumes, i.e., automatically extract candidate information from resumes in .doc, .rtf formats, and perform search functions like AND, OR, BUT NOT, etc. We have tried many demos but are still not fully satisfied.
