Thanks a ton. I wish the state government too declares their holidays well ahead like the central government, since it is mandatory in ERP to feed the holidays list well in advance.

Please, if any of you can provide me with the holiday list for Karnataka in 2009 along with the mandatory holidays to be observed in Karnataka, it would be highly appreciated. Also, can anyone tell me if, by statutory law, we are required to have Holiday Committees in our organization? Are there any other statutory compliance requirements that need to be followed for declaring the holiday list?
