Perhaps you would consider the role of Senior Learning Consultant or Learning Consultant. I am not sure of your organizational structure.

In the below-given designations, "Training" and "Learning" are interchangeable.

- Chief Learning Officer
- Executive/Manager - Learning & Development
- Programme Manager
- Programme Consultant
- Process Owner - Training / Process Manager - Training / Team Leader / Team Member / Associate [Training/Learning].
