Leave Policy [Thread 1777]

Hi All,
I have to design the leave policy for my company. We are based in Delhi. Need help to know which Act to refer to for calculating the number of paid leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves and privilege leaves.

please go through
sick leave -0.75 days permonth ( per year 9 days)
causal leave-0.5 days per month ( per year 6 days)
earned leave -2.5 days per month ( per year 30 days)
