Designing a Leave Policy in Delhi: Which Acts Should I Refer to for Leave Calculations?

Hi All,

I have to design the leave policy for my company. We are based in Delhi. I need help to know which Act to refer to for calculating the number of paid leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves, and privilege leaves.

The leave policy please go through:

Sick leave - 0.75 days per month (per year 9 days)
Casual leave - 0.5 days per month (per year 6 days)
Earned leave - 2.5 days per month (per year 30 days)
