Dear All, I am developing a performance appraisal policy and plan. I need to know what steps are included in performance appraisal practice. I searched and found some information and reached a result that these steps can be: 1. Objective settings 2. Appraisal practice (forms filled out by managers/supervisors) 3. Employee rating 4. Results Is this okay? Or does anyone want to add something to guide me? If anyone has a format or a written policy for this, that would be helpful.
