I am developing a performance appraisal policy and plan. I need to know what steps are included in performance appraisal practice. i searched and find some information and reached a result that these steps can be:
1. objective settings
2. appraisal practice (forms filling by managers/supervisors)
3. employee rating
4. results
is it okay? or someone wants to add something to guide me.
if anyone has some format or written policy for this, that would be helpful.
