Choosing Between a Diploma in Labor Law or LLB: Which Path Boosts My HR Career?

prasad301
Hi all, I have completed a diploma in HR from Welingkar. I have one year of experience as an HR executive in a generalist role. I couldn't secure admission for a full-time MBA this year, so I am considering enrolling in a diploma in labor law or LLB. Which option do you think would be more beneficial for me? Please reply.

Hi,

I think this course will definitely help you in your career. In fact, even I am planning to pursue a diploma in Labor Law but I am not able to decide which college to opt for. Can you advise on which would be the best institute offering this course?

Thanks & regards,
Smita

Go for LLB, as most of the companies prefer individuals who can handle multiple tasks. With experience, the future prospects will be very promising. If possible, pursue LLB. All the best.

Hi friend,

Go for LLB because it is most useful in today's age, even in the HR field. I am also thinking about this, but I am confused about which university it should be done from.

Dear Friends,

My name is Himanshu Bains. It is nice to see your comment regarding the LLB course. In my opinion, we should consider pursuing LLB. I have been working in the HR and Administration department for the past 6 years. I have experience working in both BPO and manufacturing organizations. In the manufacturing sector, I have noticed that there are numerous legal matters involved in industrial relations and other contractual issues.

I hold qualifications in MBA and MSc in Computer Science. Pursuing LLB will not only enhance my career prospects but also provide security in my personal life.

I look forward to your response.

Regards,

Thanks for the guidance. I was initially unsure about whether to pursue a degree in LLB or a diploma in labor law. However, the responses I received really helped me make the decision to opt for LLB.

Hi! My name is Samika. I cleared my TY.BCom in 2009, and now I have taken admission for PG-HR. However, along with that, I want to pursue another degree. I am confused about whether I should go for LLB or Labour Law.

Please suggest to me, and can I still get admission now? I am worried that it might be too late. I would appreciate your help. I am waiting for an early reply.

I have completed two courses: a Diploma in Cyber Law and a Diploma in Labour Law, and I am currently pursuing my LLB. Now, I am aiming to pursue an LLM. However, I am wondering how I can transition into a career in HR.

Thank you.
