How Should I Discuss My Lack of Experience in Training and Benefits During Interviews?

I am an HR Executive in the service industry, currently handling Recruitment and Generalist profiles. However, I lack experience in Training & Development, as well as PF, ESI, and other benefits. Please advise me on what to say during an interview when asked about these areas.
