Dear Madam,
This is for your information that we have developed a capsule model regarding the above-mentioned subject for training employees of the organization. The model is very beneficial to the organization and can be arranged for one day, two days, or even on a continuous basis.
You are aware that continuous organizational development is the key to survival and growth in the current competitive world. Development needs regular upgrading of the quality of technical as well as management education, monitoring teaching-learning processes, and keeping an eye on the needs of all the stakeholders of the institution. For any institution, human resources, rather than systems, play a vital role in development. Liberalization and globalization have brought unprecedented changes in the work culture of the institution. The changes are so fast and quick that the molding of the minds of the employees of the institution lags behind the pace of the changes, resulting in conflicts, unhappiness, and slowing down the efficiency of the organization. In the changed environment, the rules and regulations, the laws are expected to help to that extent. Love and order become the key to run the organization. Therefore, it is the mindset of the employee that is to be shaped to get the desired output and outcome.
Our short-term training program "Total Quality of Mind for Organizational Development" is designed to change the mindset of the employees of the organization and gear them to face any eventuality. The outcome of the program will be encouraging.
The one-day/two-day workshop can be organized for the teaching faculties of the institution at your college.
This kind of training program has already been conducted for Shri Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur, SSGMCE Shegaon, SGGS Institute of Technology and Engineering, Nanded, as well as Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha. Nearly 200 employees of these institutions have benefited from this program. Besides academic institutions, we have conducted it for Gaurav Engineers, Aurangabad, for their 40 employees, increasing their managerial effectiveness. The program includes topics like personality development, theory of karma, kaizen, key to happiness, stress and time management, and above all, attitude building.
This program is specially designed for employees of all types of management cadre to sustain the onslaught of competitiveness and take the organization to new heights.
