Seeking Help to Align Our HR Policies with Top 100 IT Companies: What Are We Missing?

Dear All,

I need your help with HR policies followed by the top 100 companies. I have been tasked with aligning our policies with those of the top 100 IT companies and analyzing the gaps. My initial task is to compile a list of HR policies adopted by these companies. Please assist me in this regard.

The following are the policies we currently have:

1. Travel, Deputation & Transfer policy.
2. Telephone and broadband reimbursement policy.
3. Code of ethics and conduct.
4. Sexual Harassment Policy.
5. Rewards & Recognition Policy.
6. Sports Policy.
7. Information Safety Policy.
8. Emergency Handling Policy.
9. Physical Security Policy.
10. Employee Referral Policy.
11. Induction Policy.
12. Exit Policy.
13. Performance Appraisal Policy.
14. Leave Policy.
15. Disciplinary Policy.
16. Team Recreation Policy.
17. Transport Policy.
18. CSR.

I would like to know if there are any other policies related to different HR functions. It would be helpful if I could obtain HR policies from companies like IBM, DELL, INTEL, etc.
