I am pursuing my mba doing my project in HR on the topic Feedback on Performance Appraisal from the employees. So can u help me out vth 15 to 20 questionnaire preparing on it. its urgent

I am an MBA student.I am doing summer training on performance appraisal.so plz provide me with some sample questions by 10th july 2009.

I have taught my students to become self- and life-long- learners, rather than rely on handouts. Hence, I suggest that you search the web for your answers and, if you do not succeed, then ask for help by clearly stating the scenario, for example who is being appraised for performance.

Dear Megha,
Before asking for Readymade questionnaires here in the forum I strongly suggest that you need to do the following
The Topic of Research
Extensive Literature Survey
Objectives of your Research(Specific objectives)
Sampling Design
Drafting questions under each Objective and so on...
If you could post your questions here the members can review and recommend changes that could be made. A readymade questionnaire obtained here will do no good in your quest for knowledge.
