I am pursuing my MBA and working on my project in HR focusing on the topic of feedback on Performance Appraisal from the employees. Can you help me by preparing 15 to 20 questionnaires related to it? This is urgent.

I have taught my students to become self- and life-long learners, rather than rely on handouts. Hence, I suggest that you search the web for your answers and, if you do not succeed, then ask for help by clearly stating the scenario. For example, who is being appraised for performance.

I suggest you undergo a study on HRD Practices or Performance Management, which will be very supportive in your career. When you engage in HRD Practices, you will cover Training and Development, Factors determining Job Satisfaction of Employees, and Workers' Participation in Management. Additionally, you will explore the Effectiveness of Training.

On the other hand, when you delve into Performance Management, you will cover aspects such as Performance Appraisal, Performance Measurement, and 360-degree Appraisal.

Dear Megha,

Before asking for readymade questionnaires here in the forum, I strongly suggest that you need to do the following:

- Define the topic of your research
- Conduct an extensive literature survey
- Establish specific objectives for your research
- Determine the sampling design
- Draft questions under each objective, and so on...

If you could post your questions here, the members can review and recommend changes that could be made. A readymade questionnaire obtained here will not be beneficial in your quest for knowledge.
