Dear shimith,
The PPT was nice though small..... Decision making is based on the end result of an action. If the end result of an action is good then we say it was a good decision else we talk of root causes and all dumbo things.
In the ppt that u have shared tho' it seems that one children is sacrificed and many passengers are put to danger... ur decision all depends on the end result, like if nothing happens to the passengers, or the lonely child had seen the train coming on the track and moved back...
Bottom line: A Decision good or bad all depends on the result of an action/decision.

We are using this ppt in class . response is very good. However we should be very careful in decision making - Attachment and de-attachment at a time. Attachment to know the fact and deattachment not to be swayed by the fact so as 2 facilitate impartial decision.

Correctly said.
These kind of ppts should be shown to all traniees so that they learn the art of decision-making. If people land up in danger on account of wrong decision-making,they should face the consequences rather than someone trying to help them out of it while sacrificing others, making another wrong decision.
Thanks & Regards
